The whole place sits above ground level
A flat above a shop, or a first-floor unit, where the outside needs ladders from street level. Leave this unticked if you're on a high floor but we can work from your balcony.
Your windows
This is the big one. A window divided into lots of little panes takes far longer than one large sheet of glass.
Large single panes Modern home. Big sliding doors, full-height glass, few or no dividing bars.
A mix of both Some large glass, some smaller panes. Most renovated homes land here.
Mostly smaller panes Period home. Timber sashes, leadlight, French doors, lots of dividing bars.
